Additional Material for Midterm 1

The main topic for the midterm is Lecture Notes 1 and 2 in the Linear Regression topic. Questions from the review material HW 1 quiz are also fair game (you can expect 20-25% of the midterm coming from this part), and a lot of that material is background material for answering questions about the material in the lecture notes.

Additional Material for Midterm 2

The material for the second midterm starts at “Functions of Parameters”, which was the last linear regression topic. It additionally includes the material on resampling methods, nonlinear models, and causal inference.
