Description of `mlda`

Source: This data is a subset of the data used in Carpenter, Christopher, and Carlos Dobkin. "The effect of alcohol consumption on mortality: regression discontinuity evidence from the minimum drinking age." American Economic Journal: Applied Economics 1.1 (2009): 164-82.

The data contains 48 observations of age groups and deaths in motor vehicle accidents involving members of that age group for 19-22 year olds.

The following variables are included:

- agecell -- the age group of individual, it is grouped by month, but coded in fraction of years
- mva -- the number of deaths in motor vehicle accidents involving members of that age group
