Description of `fertilizer_2000` and `fertilizer_panel`

`fertilizer_panel` contains balanced panel data from 1965-2000 (in five year intervals for 68 developing countries)

`fertilizer_2000` contains the same data but only for the year 2000

The following variables are included:

wbcode -- World Bank country code
country -- Country name
year -- year
region_wb -- World Bank region code
avyield -- cereal yield (wheat, rice, maize, barley, oats, rye millet, sorghum, buckwheat and mixed grains), units are tons per hectare (a hectare is about 2.5 acres)
avfert -- fertilizer, tons per hectare
prec -- average monthly precipitation (in millimeters)
avirrig -- percentage of farmland (?) that is irrigated
yr_sch -- average years of schooling
avgdppc -- per capita gdp
av_ag_lab_share -- labor share in agriculture
